Consultant: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Administrator
African Leadership Academy, a new, world-class secondary institution based in Johannesburg, South Africa, seeks to hire a consultant to lead the development and administration of its Customer Relationship Management systems. ALA is building one of the largest professional networks in Africa and needs to build the systems to support its growth in student admissions, employee hiring, college placement, and development.
The consultant will serve as the project manager for the development, process design, implementation, enhancement, training and administration of new CRM systems.
